Reactive Maintenance

We provide a high quality reactive maintenance service. This is delivered by our operatives who are fully accredited, trained and skilled.  Our friendly and experienced staff have over 25 years of experience working with both tenants and landlords, so they know how to handle even the most challenging situations.  By dealing with tenants directly, we react to maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.

All work requiring property access is by appointment only.  In the unlikely event of an emergency we have the capability and workforce to react to a time critical situation, such as a burst water pipe or electrical failure.

Our supervisors are always on call to manage our out-of-hours service and support our workforce.

Maintenance Programs with Certification

As part of our maintenance programs we perform regulatory maintenance works such as gas safety records, electrical PAT testing, and fire alarm certification, to ensure the properties we maintain are safe, with the administrative tasks of certification being kept up-to-date.
